Zombie Alien- A mix between a zombie and alien (Okay not really), Someone who claims to be an alien, but acts like a zombie.
These are perhaps the most dangerous species. Why, you may ask? They're fakes and phonies. They claim to do one thing, yet do the opposite. Hypocrites- A person who pretends to have virtues, moral or religious beliefs, principles, etc., that he or she does not actually possess, especially a person whose actions belie stated beliefs (Dictionary.com). I find it funny that moral or religious beliefs was a specific example listed in the definition of hypocrite. I wonder why that is.
Jesus warns about these people. Matthew 7:21-23 tell us, "Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out the demons and in your name perform many miracles?' Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers."
Not only does Jesus say, "Away from me," but he calls these people "evildoers." Evil! They performed miracles and prophesied, yet they were evildoers. They never knew the Lord, never did his will. They did their own acts thinking that would help them reach heaven.
If you think that's bad, Revelation 3: 15-16 states, "I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm --neither hot nor cold-- I am about to spit you out of my mouth."
Yikes! Think about this for a minute. The liquids we drink and enjoy are mostly hot or cold. Lukewarm coffee in the morning or lukewarm Gatorade after a workout are not good at all. Flat soda, warm, melted slushy, lukewarm milk. According to Merriam-Webster lukewarm means, "not enthusiastic : not showing energy or excitement," or "lacking conviction." When you play a sport, something coaches will always tell you is to hustle and give it your all. We all have days when we're tired, exhausted, or something similar, but then that just becomes an excuse. If a professional scout came to watch you played on that day and you didn't hustle. Your chances of being a pro just slimmed down.
These are your on the fence people. The ones who are Christian because they go to church. They know about God, but do not have a personal relationship with him. We can all be apathetic at times, but these people live in apathy. They just think being a Disciple means follow rules, read your Bible, and do good.Now the line to distinguish whether your and alien or zombie-alien is a bit hard to discern. The best advice i can think of is do you know about God? Or do you know God?
